The Lima+ upgrade program for the UH-60 Black Hawk, brings the modern era to a flying legend. The upgrade enhances flight crew safety, reduces pilot workload, increases the effectiveness and efficiencies of water delivery, search and rescue, and resource management.
The multi-role, versatility and advanced mission systems of the Lima+ can be utilized for various mission configurations.
The Lima+ comes standard with the Genesys Glass Cockpit, HeliSAS Autopilot and the “next generation” Aerometals inlet barrier filter (IBF) system for the Black Hawk. The Aerometals lightweight straight exhaust kit that provides an estimated 400-pound weight saving over the legacy Hover Infrared Suppression System module assemblies is also added.
The Lima+ allows for continuous upgrades to increase the helicopter’s capabilities and features as missions require it into the future which includes the possible upgrade from the GE Aviation T700-GE-701D powerplants to the in-development T901 Improved Turbine Engine Program, which promises 25 percent better fuel efficiency, 10 percent greater thrust, and more power and thermal management capability when it becomes available.

GRC 3000 is designed for three-axis (pitch, roll and yaw)
